This class is AVAILABLE and is not tide-dependent.
As part of our effort to preserve and share the heritage cuisine of Mukim Tanjung Kupang, we introduce you to local village cooking taught by either our Kelab Alami staffers or a local home-chef. This is an incomparable peek into traditional food culture and allows you to try your hand at a number of local dishes and pick up tips so that you can recreate it at home. In the process you’ll learn some local food trivia and enjoy lots of laughs with our passionate dapur (kitchen) crew. The session ends with a meal of everyone’s cooking effort and some bonus local greens. Only open to those aged 15 years and above unless with parental/guardian supervision.
This class is part of the cultural heritage preservation efforts of the Kelab Alami Cooperative.
